This Refund / Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, reversals, and related requests are handled for purchases made through Future Force Academy.

This Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

1. General Rule

Because Future Force Academy mainly provides digital educational products, study materials, test series, subscriptions, and access-based services, purchases are generally made on a strict no-refund basis.

Once access is granted, content is delivered, a digital product is made available, or a subscription period begins, the amount paid is ordinarily non-refundable, except in limited situations described below or where required by applicable law.

2. Limited Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in limited cases such as:

• duplicate payment
• multiple charges for the same transaction by mistake
• certain payment-side technical errors
• platform-side billing errors
• failure to deliver the purchased service/access due to an issue clearly attributable to Future Force Academy, where appropriate
• any other case where refund is required under applicable law

Refund approval, if any, shall be at the discretion of Future Force Academy, subject to verification and applicable law.

3. No Refund Situations

Refunds will ordinarily not be provided for reasons such as:

• change of mind after purchase
• user dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference
• lack of usage after purchase
• failure to prepare or use the material
• misunderstanding of product suitability where product details were already available
• access loss due to incorrect email/mobile details entered by the user
• user-side technical issues not attributable to Future Force Academy
• expiry of access validity
• auto-renewal charges where cancellation was not done before the next billing cycle
• temporary service interruption or downtime, unless legally required otherwise or clearly attributable in a refund-worthy way

4. Subscription Cancellations

Where a plan uses auto-renewal:

• users may cancel before the next billing cycle
• such cancellation stops future renewal charges only
• it does not ordinarily create a refund for the current billing cycle or already-started period, except where required by law

Where a plan uses manual renewal only, access will end at the end of the current validity period unless the user renews again.

5. Free Materials and Demo Access

Free resources, demo tests, or trial features are discretionary offerings. Since they are free, no refund question arises in relation to them.

Future Force Academy may modify, limit, suspend, or remove such free/demo offerings at any time.

6. How to Request Review of a Refund Issue

If you believe your case falls within a valid refund exception, you may contact:

Please include:

• your name
• registered email/mobile
• order/payment details
• transaction reference, if available
• reason for the request
• supporting screenshots or proof, where possible

We aim to review such requests within a reasonable time. Grievance-type responses are generally targeted within 15 business days.

7. Refund Method and Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

• it may be processed to the original payment source or another appropriate lawful method
• processing time may depend on banking systems, payment gateway timelines, and operational review
• Future Force Academy is not responsible for delays caused by banks, gateways, or external financial systems after approval is initiated

8. Chargebacks and Payment Reversals

Users should first contact Future Force Academy before raising a chargeback or payment reversal.

If a user raises an unjustified, abusive, or fraudulent chargeback, Future Force Academy may:

• suspend or restrict access
• investigate the matter
• contest the chargeback where appropriate
• recover dues where lawful
• restrict future purchases

9. Changes to This Policy

Future Force Academy may update this Refund / Cancellation Policy from time to time. Updated versions may become effective when published on the website, with reasonable notice where appropriate.
