These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, services, digital materials, test series, free resources, demo tests, subscriptions, communication channels, and related offerings of Future Force Academy (“Future Force Academy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing, browsing, signing up, purchasing, subscribing, or otherwise using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Future Force Academy

Future Force Academy is an independent private educational platform providing guidance, study materials, demo resources, test-related offerings, and related educational digital services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Future Force Academy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government body, commission, recruiting authority, department, or public institution.

2. Eligibility and Minors

By using the platform, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years of age, or
• you are using the platform with parent/guardian involvement or consent where required

If a user is under 18, purchases should be made only with parent/guardian involvement or approval, and the parent/guardian may be treated as responsible where applicable.

3. Account Registration and User Information

To use certain features, you may need to create an account and provide accurate information. You agree to:

• provide true, current, and complete details
• keep your information updated
• use only one account per email/mobile unless expressly permitted
• promptly inform us of unauthorized access or misuse

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may be held responsible for activity under your account unless you promptly report unauthorized use.

4. Educational Content Disclaimer

Future Force Academy prepares its content in good faith and with reasonable care. However:

• content is for educational and exam-preparation purposes
• individual marks, rank, selection, and results may vary
• no guaranteed success, rank, or selection is promised
• important official details such as eligibility, dates, rules, and notifications should be verified from official sources

5. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Access

Our offerings may include:

• one-time purchases
• subscription or recurring plans
• free materials
• demo tests
• trial access
• future products or services introduced later

Access to paid digital content or services may be provided immediately or within a reasonable time after successful payment, depending on the product, service, operational flow, or technical setup.

Access to relevant paid content/features may end automatically when the validity period, batch period, plan term, or subscription period ends, unless the specific product or plan states otherwise.

6. Pricing and Taxes

Prices may be shown exclusive of applicable taxes, fees, or charges, unless expressly stated otherwise. The final payable amount should be shown before the user completes payment.

We may change pricing for future purchases, future plans, or future subscription renewals, but the applicable price should be clearly shown before the relevant transaction is completed.

7. Subscription and Renewal Rules

Some offerings may be one-time purchases, while others may be subscription or recurring plans. The applicable renewal model will be clearly stated for the relevant plan before purchase.

For plans using auto-renewal:

• the user may cancel before the next billing cycle
• cancellation will stop future renewals only
• cancellation will not ordinarily create a pro-rata refund for the current billing cycle, except where required by law

Future Force Academy may reasonably change subscription features, structure, content, instructors, schedule, or plan components over time. Continued use or renewal may be subject to the updated plan details shown at that time.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, and related rules are governed by our Refund / Cancellation Policy, which forms an important part of these Terms.

As a general rule, paid digital products and services are provided on a strict no-refund basis, except in limited cases such as duplicate payment, certain payment-side or platform-side billing issues, or where required by applicable law.

9. Free Materials and Demo Access

Future Force Academy may provide free materials, demo tests, trial access, or promotional access at its discretion. Such access may be modified, limited, suspended, or removed at any time.

Free resources should not be treated as permanent promises or guaranteed permanent entitlements.

10. Personal Use; Ownership; Intellectual Property

All website materials, study resources, branding, logos, tests, notes, content, text, graphics, design elements, and related intellectual property belong to Future Force Academy and/or its licensors.

Users may use purchased or free materials for their personal educational use only. Ownership does not transfer to the user.

You may not, except as expressly allowed:

• resell
• redistribute
• publicly upload
• publish
• pirate
• commercially exploit
• copy in bulk
• share with unauthorized persons
• circulate through Telegram, Drive, groups, or other platforms
  without our permission.

11. Device Access and Sharing Rules

Users may access their account on a limited number of personal devices, subject to reasonable use. However:

• simultaneous misuse
• password sharing
• account sharing
• unauthorized group access
• commercial or public redistribution
  are prohibited.

12. Transfer of Access

Accounts, subscriptions, paid access, and material usage rights are generally personal and non-transferable. However, Future Force Academy may, at its discretion, allow limited transfer in special cases.

13. User Conduct

Users must not:

• abuse staff or support personnel
• harass, threaten, or insult others
• impersonate another person
• mislead or cheat
• use the platform unlawfully
• upload or post false, defamatory, infringing, abusive, or harmful content
• attempt hacking, scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access
• interfere with website operations
• misuse the platform, channels, or community spaces

Violation of these rules may lead to warning, restriction, suspension, termination, legal action, or any other appropriate response.

14. Reviews, Testimonials, and User Submissions

Where the platform allows limited reviews, testimonials, feedback, or comments:

• Future Force Academy may moderate, display, edit for formatting/length, or remove such submissions
• we may use them for website display, social proof, or marketing, unless removal is requested where appropriate
• false, illegal, abusive, defamatory, misleading, infringing, or harmful content may be removed without notice

15. Suspension, Restriction, and Termination

Future Force Academy may suspend, restrict, or terminate access/accounts for reasons including:

• misuse
• fraud
• piracy
• account/material sharing
• abusive conduct
• policy or Terms violation
• security concerns
• payment issues or abusive chargebacks
• operational or legal reasons

Such action may be taken with or without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

16. Payment Gateways and Third Parties

Payments may be processed through third-party gateways or providers. Future Force Academy does not intentionally store full card or banking details on its own systems.

Third-party platforms, payment gateways, or external links may have separate terms and policies. Users should review those separately.

17. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a user raises an unjustified, abusive, or fraudulent chargeback/payment reversal, Future Force Academy may:

• suspend or restrict access
• investigate the matter
• recover dues where lawful
• restrict future purchases
• take other reasonable protective action

18. Service Communications

Future Force Academy may send electronic communications through:

• email
• SMS
• phone call
• WhatsApp
• website notices
• dashboard notices
• other reasonable digital channels

These may include OTPs, payment confirmations, purchase/access information, reminders, support responses, legal notices, policy updates, and other important communications. Such electronic communication will be treated as valid communication.

19. Marketing Communications

We may send promotional or marketing communications where applicable. Users may opt out or unsubscribe where such option is available. However, essential service, legal, account, and security communications may still be sent when necessary.

20. Support and Response Time

Future Force Academy will try to provide support in a reasonable and professional manner. Normal support response target may be within 3–5 business days, though response time may vary in exceptional cases.

We aim to respond within 15 business days for such matters.

21. Website Availability

Future Force Academy generally tries to keep the website and services available. However, occasional interruptions, maintenance, technical issues, updates, or downtime may occur, and uninterrupted availability at all times is not guaranteed.

22. External Channels and Groups

Future Force Academy may also use or refer to external channels such as Telegram, WhatsApp, social media groups, or broadcast/update channels. These are generally optional and separate. They may be moderated, changed, limited, or closed at any time, and may be subject to additional rules.

23. Future Features

If live sessions, recorded classes, webinars, doubt sessions, or similar features are introduced in the future, their availability, terms, and access may vary depending on the plan, product, or future platform structure.

24. Limitation of Liability

Future Force Academy will try to provide services carefully and in good faith. However, to the extent permitted by law, our liability shall remain reasonably limited for issues such as:

• service interruptions
• external platform issues
• third-party payment/provider failures
• user misuse
• technical failures
• unofficial reliance on non-official sources
• exam outcome expectations
• delays caused by inaccurate user information

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

25. User Responsibility for Correct Information

Users are responsible for providing accurate and updated information, including correct email and mobile number. Future Force Academy will not be responsible for issues caused by incorrect, outdated, or incomplete details provided by the user.

26. Account Closure

Users may request account closure. However, Future Force Academy may retain necessary records for legal, security, payment, dispute, fraud-prevention, operational, and business purposes.

27. Changes to Services and Offerings

Future Force Academy may update, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue any feature, plan, test, material, batch, pricing structure, or offering at its discretion, with reasonable notice where appropriate.

28. Changes to Legal Documents

Future Force Academy may update these Terms and other legal documents from time to time, including after major business changes, new features, app launch, subscription changes, payment-model changes, or service expansions.

Users should review these documents periodically. Continued use after updates may amount to acceptance where legally appropriate.

29. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

In case of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.

If unresolved, the dispute may be referred to arbitration/alternative dispute resolution as per applicable law. The seat/place of such proceedings and related jurisdictional reference shall be Ahmedabad, Gujarat, unless otherwise required by law.

30. Force Majeure

Future Force Academy shall not be responsible for delay, interruption, or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including technical outages, government actions, natural events, internet disruption, cyber incidents, platform/provider failures, or similar force majeure circumstances.

31. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

32. Language Priority

If these Terms are later made available in more than one language, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or conflict.
